Allbase offers a standard and next-day service to deliver all your GRP roofing materials, direct to your door.

Your orders can be sent out either on a next day or standard 3-day service. Our cut-off time for same-day order despatch is 12:00 pm and orders placed after this time will be allocated for despatch the following day.

The transport companies we use for your order are assigned based on the weight, size, location and hazardous nature of the products, so you could receive two deliveries for the same order.

Due to the shipping restrictions placed on goods classified as hazardous to transport, large amounts of resin or catalyst may be decanted and shipped in smaller pack sizes or delivered on a pallet.

Your order will be delivered between 7 am and 6 pm and even later in extremely busy periods. If your delivery is time sensitive and involves other contractors then, please ensure you order in plenty of time.

Late deliveries due to transport company errors are very rare but unfortunately can occur and we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Due to the high value and nature of the goods, your delivery must be signed for, this a policy for all our transport companies and re-delivery after a failed attempted delivery may incur an additional charge to the customer.
